Crystal J. Garcia leads Business Development for C&Ss Aviation Group in the Western Pacific Region. In this capacity, she plays a pivotal role in supporting clients and the acquisition of projects across aviation subgroups including planning, engineering and construction management, facilities and terminal planning, and Quieter-Home. Crystal’s journey began as a practicing engineer within C&S’s Aviation Group, where her hands-on experience provided a solid foundation in civil engineering. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Structural Engineering from UC San Diego and a Master’s of Science degree in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University. Transitioning seamlessly from a technical role to spearheading business development in the west, Crystal combines her technical acumen with her curiosity and friendly demeanor. This unique blend allows her not only to navigate the complexities of aviation projects but also to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
