Sara Iza, AICP, is the Capital Development Manager at the City of Santa Barbara Airport, where she leads the delivery of federally and locally funded capital projects ranging from airfield rehabilitation to terminal expansion and environmental resilience and remediation. She brings more than two decades of experience in public infrastructure, including airport planning, interagency coordination, and environmental review.
She holds a Masters in Environmental Management and is an American Planning Association certified planner (AICP). She is passionate about strengthening the operational, fiscal, and environmental resilience of Californias airports and looks forward to contributing to ACAs mission through regional engagement, policy development, and collaborative leadership.
