Derelict Aircraft on Airfield

Good afternoon ACA members,

I would like to inquire about derelict aircraft that are currently air my airport. I am seeking information on how to legally remove them. I spoke to numerous sources at my airfield, including City Management, other airport managers, and left several messages with Federal law enforcement. Who here has gone through with removing derelict aircraft at their airports?
